In the context of environmental collapse, material-based design can lead to endless alternatives to plastic and even become a new medium for expression. Throughout the workshop, different types of bioplastics will be explored, instructing us for a present-future where the needs for new materials are reinvented as a strategy for productive and resilient cities.
During a 3-hour period, participants will discover the future of packaging as an extension of brand experience that goes beyond the limits of reality. With the latest technological advances in augmented reality, digital printing and new materials packaging will become a new communication channel. Research studies and applied examples from the most valued agencies specialized in packaging will be presented.
